The Cultural Education program of Routes 2 Roots has evolved over the last nine years with many new
additions to what the program provides to its beneficiaries. Among the many new disciplines, facilities
and facets of the program is the assessment of skills and competency that the NGO has added to its
diverse portfolio. In a recent tie-up with Navriti Technologies Private Limited (NTPL), Routes 2 Roots
has brought into its gamut a host of assessment competencies, which can be very valuable for its
millions of students. Since NTPL is in the business of providing design and development of tests aimed
at conducting skill competency assessment, this is a tie-up that will be extremely advantageous for the
students who are under the NGO’s cultural program and who otherwise do not have access to such advance
level testing and assessment of their skills, which could help them determine their professional road
ahead. Among the many facilities that NTPL brings on board in this field are services, manpower and
requisite technology for the fulfilment of tasks or activities needed to deliver skill assessments. The
other services include providing a bank of question answers to conduct online and offline proctor based
assessments. NTPL is also certified for all NSQF/non-NSQF level job role course
assessments and is an approved agency by NCVET. They have the ability to verify the identity of
the candidates before they appear for assessment and can prepare assessment questions in the local
language of the candidates, which opens up many possibilities in a country with so many regions and
language options. As a third party impartial assessing agency NTPL adds a lot to the cultural education
program of Routes 2 Roots making it stronger and more meaningful than ever before.
