Routes 2 Roots Welcomes Celebrated Dancer Sharon Lowen to the Board of Advisory

Routes 2 Roots is honoured to welcome multi-faceted dancer and celebrated exponent of multiple dance forms Sharon Lowen to its Board of Advisory. Lowen, who is a master of various dance forms including Odissi, Manipuri, Mayurbhanj and Seraikella Chhau joins the illustrious board of the NGO to add her might to the program of cultural education and performing arts. She will be guiding the team to make the program and its content more meaningful and impactful through her ideas and active participation in workshops and masterclasses.

The dance legend spent a day at the NGO, understanding the modalities of the digital education program. She experienced first hand, the work on the floor and the live classes in the studio, based on which she shared valuable insights and gave inputs to make the program stronger and more dynamic. She brings on board a vast and varied canvas of knowledge that will help to make this program more effective for the diverse demographic it caters to.
