The legacy of Indian culture is not just seen in its performing arts but is celebrated in all its glory through
the visual art forms as well. Rich traditions such as the Madhubani painting and Henna art are gaining
popularity
worldwide and Routes 2 Roots is doing a commendable job in making boundaries porous by spreading these art forms
through its digital cultural classes catering to students across 84 countries. Students across the globe learn
the traditional folk arts of Mehndi design and Madhubani painting with experts of these forms in classes
disseminated by the NGO in collaboration with Indian Council for Cultural relations (ICCR) and UPRTOU. These
teachers have taught them the nuances of the ancient arts through the year-long courses unleashing their
creativity to unveil delightful results.
