The month of October was buzzing at Routes 2 Roots with digital classes as well as workshops across the country.
Cultural infusion was seen in full swing across schools of various states of India from the north to the south. The
educational sessions attended by students en masse were conducted by the teachers of the art forms on the NGO's panel as
they went from school to school in a bid to bring about cultural awareness.
Kathak workshops were conducted in schools of Maithon, Gomoh, Bokaro, Gumla, Ranchi, Chandrapura, Patratu and
Chakradharpur in Jharkhand. Workshops were also conducted in Khagaul, Bihta, Sonpur, Mashrak, Siwan, Motihari, Pusa,
Jhaphan, Saharsa, Patna and Jawaharnagar in Bihar.
Bharatnatyam workshops were also seen across Bihar in Purnea, Kishanganj, Kahalgaon, Barauni, Harnaut, Gaya, Garhara,
Aurangabad and Jehanabad as well as in the state of Haryana. In Chhattisgarh, they were held in schools of Khairagarh,
Rajnandangaon, Dongargarh, Bhilai and Raipur and in Kerala, they were seen across Ekkulam, Pattom, Konni, Pallipuram,
Kottayam, Pangode and Chennekara.
