Psychometric Tests Conducted Across Kendriya Vidyalayas in Jammu & Kashmir

As part of its commitment to supporting the National Education Policy’s (NEP) emphasis on holistic, learner-centric education, Routes 2 Roots successfully facilitated psychometric testing across all Kendriya Vidyalayas in the Jammu & Kashmir region.

All participating students received their reports instantly, enabling immediate counseling and paving the way for more meaningful academic planning and career guidance.

Over 7,000 students participated, with 5,100 students from classes 9 and 10, and 2,000 students from class 12. These tests provided valuable insights into each student's personality, interests, and aptitudes, helping them understand their unique strengths and preferences to choose their career path wisely.

This initiative marks another milestone in Routes 2 Roots ongoing efforts to bring transformative educational experiences to students across India, particularly in remote and underserved regions, while reinforcing NEP’s goals of equity, access, and empowerment in education.
